About To Dos
The To Do's widget shows items that require your attention, such as documents to sign. From the To Do's widget you can review, accept, and reject To Do items.
Categories
- Renew and validate orders
- Review care guidance alerts
- Route documents
Sort options
Sort options give you flexibility to view To Do's according to your preferences:
- by item type - work on To Do's in a particular category for efficiency, such as signing documents
- by client - focus on To Do's for a particular client, such as prior to a client appointment
- by days in queue - work on To Do's based on the number of days they are outstanding
Note: If you are a co-signer and you have document routing permissions, you can select another staff member's To Do's and complete them without having to reassign them.
