About the Waiting Room
The Waiting Room widget provides instant awareness of clients that are in the site lobby waiting to be seen (including anticipated arrivals); facilitates efficient movement to begin the visit; and tracks the wait time. In addition, Waiting Room provides an intuitive workflow for managing site waiting rooms and walk-in clinics that includes checking the waiting room status and wait times, processing appointments, and promoting communication with clients.
If a client needs to be prioritized, such as an individual that appears to be in crisis, the Front Desk staff can change the order in which the client appears in the waitlist.
