Incident Tracking Management

Incident Tracking Management allows you to grant permission to a staff member to void or override an Incident Data Form. You can grant these permissions based on either the user or user role.

If a user has permission to Override the incident data form, this means that they would have ability to edit the original details on the form if they are not the original author. If a user has permission to void an incident data form and does so, it is important to note that voiding is final, and the incident will no longer be available for edits if submitted. Because this is a final action, a pop-up alert announcing the void action appears so that users have a warning.
