Sign all assessments in Flowsheet

In myAvatar Flowsheet you can sign one to many assessments within a collection. 

Prerequisite:

• Enter assessment data for the selected client/patient episode

1. Sign in to myAvatar.
2. Select a client/patient.
3. Select an episode.
4. Select the Flowsheet console.
5. Select Sign All on the top row of the Flowsheet view, beside the legend.
6. Select Sign All in the Confirmation dialog.
   Results:

• Assessment data is recorded in the client/patient chart.
• The Confirmation module displays this message: 'By signing all documentation any section with unsigned data will be validated for signature'.
