Upload Wound Image(s)

Prerequisites:

• A wound must be added in myAvatar Flowsheet.
• A wound care assessment must be completed in myAvatar Flowsheet.

1. Sign into myAvatar.
2. Select a client/patient.
3. Select an episode.
4. Select the Flowsheet console.
5. Select the Wound Care collection.
6. Select the wound to enter assessment data.
7. If no prior images have been uploaded to the assessment, select the Up Arrow icon above the signed/committed wound care assessment.
8. If prior images have been uploaded the the assessment, select the Picture icon above the signed/committed wound care assessment. 
9. Select Add Image.
10. Search device folders for the image to associate and select open.
    Results: Images display with a status of Staged.
11. Select Add Image to add up to 3 images per assessment.
12. Select Commit.
13. Enter a check in each image to commit to the assessment.
14. Select Commit Images.
15. Image(s) status changes from Staged to Committed.
16. Select the X to close the image upload modal.
    Results: If no images had been associated with the assessment before, the icon will change from an Up Arrow to a Picture icon.  Hovering over the picture icon displays the number of images associated with the assessment.
