Sign a single assessment in Flowsheet

  2. Save as PDF
  1. Sign in to myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Enter the assessment date/time.
  6. Enter assessment data.
  7. Select Sign above the assessment data.
    Results:
  • The assessment data is committed to the client/patient chart.
    • A green check mark indicates required assessment data has been completed
    • Red text indicates required data and icon beside the flowsheet and collection
  • Indictors display
