Mark a wound as healed

myAvatar Flowsheet allows for the documentation of a healed wound with a final assessment.  

1. Sign into myAvatar.
2. Select a client/patient.
3. Select an episode.
4. Select the Flowsheet console.
5. Select the Wound Care collection.
6. Select a wound from the wound list.
7. Select Actions.
8. Select Mark As Healed.
   Results: Mark As Healed modal displays.
9. Enter wound care assessment and Sign.
   Results: The wound is no longer listed as active.
   • The healed wound displays when Include Inactive Wounds is selected.
   • All previous assessments and associated images can be viewed, printed, or downloaded.
