myAvatar NX Flowsheet reports

Flowsheet does not have reporting capabilities. However, in Flowsheet you can print and download PDFs for any single assessment or for Today, Today + Yesterday, and Today + 2 Days. The exception is wound care assessments and images, which can be printed for an entire encounter or episode and include images and documentation (images cannot be sent to the myAvatar NX database in CWS tables). 

All vitals assessment data writes to the Vital Sign CWS tables; no additional changes are needed for reports. All other assessments that exist in forms (modeled or product) require one of two options for reports: modeled forms or product forms.

Modeled forms and Flowsheet (CareFabric Assessment Mapping in myAvatar):      

• myAvatar NX Flowsheets that are built for modeled forms can be mapped using the CF Assessment Mapping form. This mapping enables Flowsheet data to show in new or existing reports, widgets, and other places. Mapping for modeled forms must be done prior to documenting assessments in Flowsheet. If documentation begins before mapping, Crystal Reports need to be built.
• Mapping is in one direction, from Flowsheet to myAvatar NX. Flowsheet cannot consume the data from myAvatar NX, with the exception of vital signs. 

Product forms and Flowsheet

• To continue with or create reports for product forms, such as PHQ 9, and Flowsheet data, a Crystal Report needs to be built. The CF Assessment Mapping is for modeled forms only.
