Download wound care images and assessments

myAvatar Flowsheet allows for wound images and assessments to be downloaded for a patient/client for a single wound or for the entire encounter.   

Download all images and assessments for a single wound
  1. Sign into myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the Wound Care collection.
  6. Select a wound from the wound list.
  7. Select Actions.
  8. Select Download.
  9. Choose whether to download Images or Images + Documentation.
  10. The Print Wound Images and Documentations modal displays a confirmation message, depending on the previous selection:
    • Images: "Please confirm that you want to print all the images that are associated with this wound.  Note this could take several minutes depending on the number of images".
    • Images + Documentation: "Please confirm that you want to print all the images and documentation that are associated with this wound.  Note this could take several minutes depending on the number of images and documentation."
  11. The Print modal displays the results. Choose whether to save as a PDF or select a printer from the destination. 
    • Select Destination for document to print.
    • Select Save for PDF or Print for printer.
Download all wound images and assessments for a patient/client encounter
  1. Sign into myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the Wound Care collection.
  6. Select Print on Wound Care Bar.
  7. Select Encounter to print all wound assessments AND images.
  8. The Print Wound Images and Documentations modal displays a confirmation message: "Please confirm that you want to print all the images and documentation that are associated with the patient.  Note this could take several minutes depending on the number of documents and images".  
  9. The Print modal displays the results. Choose whether to save as a PDF or select a printer from the destination. 
    • Select Destination for document to print.
    • Select Save for PDF or Print for printer.
