Edit an assessment in Flowsheet

You can edit an assessment in myAvatar Flowsheet that has been signed/committed to the client/patient chart. 

Only the person who authored the assessment can edit assessment data. The assessment is always editable by the author; there is no time limit.

1. Sign in to myAvatar.
2. Select a client/patient. 
3. Select an episode. Assessments are episode specific. Select the episode in which the original assessment was documented.
4. Select the Flowsheet console.
5. Hover over the dots menu above the signed/committed Flowsheet assessment.
6. Select Edit.
7. Edit the assessment data. 
8. Select Save.
9. Enter the edit reason.
