Verify Unit Census - Cal-PM

Confirm that the residential population matches the Daily Unit Census report.

Prerequisites:

• A unit census must be verified before the residential worklist can be compiled (Compile Residential/Inpatient Charges form).

1. ---

   Go to: Avatar PM > Services > Inpatient/Residential 
2. In the Date Verified From field, enter unit verification start date. The earliest date with unverified units populates, and can be edited.
3. In the Unit field, select the units to verify.
4. In the Census Verified (Y/N) field:

• Select Yes to verify the units.
• Select No to remove the unit verification.

4. Select Submit.

• Activate Program/Unit Filter
• Do Not Show Verified Units
• Enable Date Range Unit Verification
