Practitioner Information - CME Activities - Cal-PM

Manage a practitioner’s continuing medical education record.

  • This is a user-defined form that can be modified through the modeling functionality of RADplus Utilities.
  • A practitioner must be enrolled in myAvatar through the Practitioner Enrollment form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Practitioner > Practitioner Information
  2. In the Select Staff screen, enter the staff name or ID, and select. Click Select.
    Note: If the staff member has previous CME Activities records, select the record. Click Edit to change information, or click Add to create a new record.
  3. In the CME Activities field, select an activity.
  4. In the CME Date From field, enter the CME activity start date.
  5. In the CME Date To field, enter the CME activity end date.
  6. In the Description of CME Activity field, enter activity information.
  7. Click Submit.
