List all of the staff members associated with the creation, modification, and implementation of the selected client's treatment plan.

  1. In the Staff Participation table, click Add New Item.
  2. In the Role in MH Treatment Plan field, select the staff member role.
  3. In the Staff Member field, enter the staff member's name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
  4. Enter other information as appropriate.
