Role in MH Treatment Plan is set up in the Dictionary Update form (CWS file - data element 2516) of myAvatar CWS.

The extended dictionary (data element - 2516.1) Enable and Require 'Other Participant' Prompt defines whether selecting the role will make the Other Participant field required. If Yes is selected in the extended dictionary field, the Other Participant field is required. If No is selected, the Staff Member field is required.
