Import a treatment plan library into myAvatar CWS.

  • Importing treatment plan library information allows multiple treatment plan library records to be entered into myAvatar CWS at one time.
  • The file format must be maintained.
  • The import process only adds new rows. It does not overwrite existing rows.
  1. In the File Format field, select the type of file you are importing. Selecting the type of file format enables the Select File button. 
  2. Select the Select File button. Upload a file. 
  3. In the Import File Name field, the file path name is displayed. 
  4. Select Validate Import to verify the library will import correctly.
    Result: The Import Results field displays any errors encountered that will prevent the library from importing.
  5. Select Import File to import the library.
    Result: The Import Results field displays any errors encountered that will prevent the library from importing.
