Treatment Plan Library Input Format

When importing a treatment plan library into myAvatar CWS, the file format must be maintained.

Prerequisites:

  • All 'ItemNames' must be unique for that type of item.
  • A link name ('ProbLinkName', 'GoalLinkName', 'ObjLinkName') must be located in the file before the item using the link name.

File layout for importing a treatment plan library

Line 1

Item Type:
P (problem)
G (goal)
O (objective)
I (intervention)

ItemName:
Required. Text field, max length 40 characters. Must be unique (no other item with the same name in the system code).

FunctionalGroup:
Valid functional group code. Valid for problems (item type = P). Other item types are ignored.

Line 2

DESC (description)
CNT (text line number)

Item link information:

ProbLinkName:
Problem the item is linked to (goals, objectives, interventions). Line is blank if no link is required.

GoalLinkName:
Goal the item is linked to (objectives and interventions). Line is blank if no link is required.

ObjLinkName:
Objective the item is linked to (interventions).
