Associate Goals with the problems/needs in the Template Setup section.

  1. In the Problem field, select the problem.
  2. In the Goals field, select the goal.
  3. Optional: If appropriate, enter the service code in the Services field and select Process Search. Select Ok.
  4. Optional: If appropriate, enter the service code in the Objective field and select Process Search. Select Ok.
