GAIN ICP (Individual Clinical Profile) Configuration Section

Make changes to the setup of an ICP.

1. In the Select ICP field, enter an ICP name and select a result from the list or leave this field blank to list all of the ICPs.
2. Click Update to refresh the selected Assessment Type.
3. Click Print All ICPs to generate a list of all Individual Client Profiles.
4. The ICP Text field displays the title of the selected ICP.
5. The Range fields display the numbers that qualify as low, moderate, and high ranges for the selected ICP.
6. In the Ranges To Include field, select the ranges to include as a problem.
7. The Default Problem Code field displays the problem code associated with the ICP when within the selected ranges.
8. Click Submit.
