Enter a group default note.

Prerequisites:

• The clinician must rendered a group service for the date entered in the Date Of Service field (Group Appointment Scheduling form, myAvatar PM).
• The clinician's schedule must be verified in myAvatar PM (Verify Staff Member Appointments form), and posted (Post Staff Member Schedule form). Or, through the Post Staff Activity Log form which verifies and posts the appointment.

• Create Progress Notes For Group Services
• Create Progress Notes For Group Appointments
• Create Both Group Progress Notes And Group Services
• Create Independent Group Progress Notes
