Clinical Reconciliation - Problem Preview screen

This screen lists the problems that have been selected in the Problem Reconciliation section to be acted upon (a selection is made in the Action column).

Columns

  • Source - indicates where the allergy information originated
  • Problem - the problem name and code
  • Start Date - the problem start date
  • Last Updated - the last date the problem was updated
  • Practitioner - the practitioner associated with the client's problem
  • Action - the action selected in the Problem grid
  • Remove from list - Clicking this X button marks the item for removal from this list without canceling the reconciliation action. Once selected, the item is highlighted; click Refresh List to process the removal.

Buttons

  • Refresh List - Click to update the screen display for any changes made. If Remove is selected for a problem, clicking Refresh will remove the problem from the Preview screen.
  • Reconcile Items - Click to apply the action selected for the problem in the Problems grid, displayed in the Action column.
    • Problems that have been reconciled will have the corresponding reconciliation date displayed in the Problems grid, Reconciliation column.
  • Cancel - Exit the screen without saving your changes.
