Clinical Reconciliation - Medication Preview screen

This screen allows the medications that have been selected in the Medication Reconciliation section to be acted upon (a selection is made in the Action column). 

  • If a new Order Entry medication is being created (Create New selected in the Action column, and Avatar Order Entry Order selected in the Type to Add column), the Avatar Order Entry Order screen displays where the medication order can be defined and submitted.
  • If a new OrderConnect medication is being created (Create New selected in the Action column, and OrderConnect selected in the Type to Add column), the OrderConnect Custom Orders screen displays where the medication order can be defined and submitted.

Columns

  • Remove
    • Select to remove the item from the list. Clicking Refresh List will update the list display and will remove the item.
  • Source
    • Displays the medication source.
  • Medication
    • Displays the medication description.
  • Start Date
    • Displays the medication start date.
  • Last Update
    • Displays the last time the medication was updated.
  • Practitioner
    • Displays the practitioner associated with the medication.
  • Action
    • Displays the action selected in the Action column.

Buttons

  • Refresh List
    • Updates the list display to reflect any changes that have been made. Selecting Remove and clicking Refresh List will update the list, and remove the selected item.
  • Reconcile Items
    • Applies the action selected for the allergy, in the Allergy grid and displayed in the Action column.
      Allergies that have been reconciled will have the corresponding reconciliation date displayed in the Allergy grid, Reconciliation column.
  • Cancel
    • Closes the Clinical Reconciliation Preview screen. No changes are made.
