Clinical Reconciliation - Allergy Preview screen

After clicking the Preview Items for Reconciliation button, you are presented with the Clinical Reconciliation-Allergy Preview screen. This screen lists the allergies that have been selected in the Allergy Reconciliation section to be acted upon (a selection is made in the Action column). If you change your mind and want to remove items from the list, you can do so within this screen before proceeding with the reconciliation.

Columns

  • Remove - remove the item from this list without canceling the reconciliation action.
  • Source - indicates where the allergy information originated.
  • Allergy - the allergy name and code.
  • Start Date - the allergy start date.
  • Last Updated - the last date the allergy was updated.
  • Practitioner - the practitioner associated with the client's allergy.
  • Action - the action selected in the Allergy grid.

Buttons

  • Refresh List - click to update the screen display for any changes made. If Remove is selected for an allergy, clicking Refresh will remove the allergy from the Preview screen.
  • Reconcile Items - click to apply the action selected for the allergy, in the Allergy grid and displayed in the Action column.
    • Allergies that have been reconciled will have the corresponding reconciliation date displayed in the Allergy grid, Reconciliation column.
