Delete an Auto Schedule Care Plan

Select Delete File in the Create, View or Delete field.
Select an option from the File Compile Date field then click the Delete File button.
Result: A pop up will appear asking if you would like to continue with deleting the care plan.
Select Yes to delete the care plan or select No to return to the form without deleting the care plan.
