Select a client in the Create, View or Delete field. (The Care Plan Activities field will display a list of care plan activities created in the Care Plan Activity Maintenance form.)
Select one or more programs in the Programs field. (All clients in the selected program(s) will have the care plan scheduled.)
These care plan activities can be scheduled weekly or monthly based on the calendar selection you make:
To schedule a random monthly care plan, select a month from the drop down menu in the Select Month to Schedule Random Monthly (Calendar) field.
To schedule a random weekly care plan, enter a start date for the auto scheduled care plan(s) in the Enter Start Date To Schedule Random Weekly (Calendar) field.
Click the Create button to save the auto scheduled care plan(s).
