AM Report Security

The AM Report Security form in myAvatar is completed to indicate the AM Reports that a user has access to on the AM Report Suite.

Prerequisites:

  1. Search for the AM Report Security form, or go to Avatar PM > Avatar AM Options > AM Report Security.
  2. To give a user access to select AM Reports, Select User Name.
  3. Select Yes or No on the Search field to enable the AM Reports.
    Note: When Yes is selected, users can manually search specific AM Reports, but cannot multi-select AM Reports already listed. When No is selected, the Search AM Reports field becomes disabled, and users can multi select AM Reports from the AM Reports list.
  4. Submit to save changes and close the form.
