Site Inquiry
View or print a report containing all site information entered in the Site Registration and Site Termination forms.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Site Management
- In the Site Option drop down menu, select the type of inquiry being made.
- In the Individual Or All Sites field, select if the inquiry is for an individual site or for all sites.
- If Individual is selected, enter the Site Name or ID# and select the appropriate site from the list.
- Enter the Inquiry Start Date and Inquiry End Date.
- Select Process.
