myAvatar Scheduling Calendar icons

To see the icons in the top right corner of every scheduled appointment on the scheduling calendar, you must have the following prerequisites.

Prerequisites

  • Login information to myAvatar
  • Access to the Scheduling Calendar
  • Permissions set in User Definition to see other practitioners’ calendars
  • Permissions enabled to schedule appointments for registered sites

Icon Meaning
Appointment Cancelled (a paper with a red circle and a white x) Appointment Cancelled
Appointment Checked in (a paper with a green circle and a white checkmark) Appointment Checked In
Appontment Confirmed (a paper whith a blue speech bubble) Appointment Confirmed
Appointment Posted (two pieces of paper in a diagonal line with a green arrow pointing between them) Appointment Posted
Appointment Verified (a paper with a lock) Appointment Verified
No Show ( a red box with a white X) No Show

Progress Note Requires (a red R) Progress note Required 
Note: This icon only displays if the myAvatar PM registry setting Exclude Services If No Progress Note is set to "yes".
Recurring Appointment (a circular blue arrow going backward on a black field) Recurring Appointment
