Missed Visit Report
Generate a report of missed visit appointments for a specified date range. This report gathers data on appointments that have been posted and tagged as missed visits. If the appointment is not posted, it will not be picked up on the report.
- This report contains information on missed client appointments as entered on the Scheduling Calendar or Post Staff Activity Log form.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Other > Missed Visit Report.
- Select whether to include Individual or All Clients in the report.
- If Individual is selected, enter the Client Name or ID#, click Search, and select the client from the drop down list.
- Enter the Start Date and End Date of the date range for the report.
- Click Process to generate the report.
