Client Appointment List
Generate a report of un-posted appointments for any specified date range.
- This report indicates appointments marked as Missed Visits with an asterisk.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Client Reports
- Select whether to include Individual or All Sites in the report.
- If Individual is selected, enter the Site Name or ID#, click Search, and select the appropriate site from the drop down list.
- Select whether to include Individual or All Clients in the report.
- If Individual is selected, enter the Client Name or ID#, click Search, and select the appropriate client from the drop down list.
- If applicable, select the client's Episode Number from the drop down list.
- Enter the Start Date and End Date of the date range for the report.
- Select whether or not to Display Cancelled Appointments in the report.
- Click Process to generate the report.
