Client Weekly Schedule

Generate a weekly schedule of unposted appointments for a selected site.


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Client Reports.
  2. Select whether to include Individual or All Sites in the report. 
    • If Individual is selected, enter the Site Name or ID#, click Search, and choose the appropriate site from the dropdown list.
  3. Select whether to include Individual or All Clients in the report. 
    • If Individual is selected, enter the Client Name or ID#, click Search, and choose the appropriate client from the dropdown list.
  4. In the Week Of field, enter any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday) for which to run the weekly report. 
    • If a Sunday is entered, the report runs from that day forward. If a Saturday is entered, the report runs from that day back.
  5. Select whether to Display Cancelled Appointments in the report.
  6. Select Process to generate the report.

Note: Shaded areas of the report represent unscheduled times.
