Client Appointment History Report

Generate a report of posted client appointments for any specified date range.


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Client Reports.
  2. Select whether to include Individual or All Sites in the report. 
    Note: If Individual is selected, enter the Site name or ID#, click Search, and select the appropriate site from the drop down list.
  3. Select whether to include Individual or All Clients in the report. 
    Note: If Individual is selected, enter the Client name or ID#, click Search, and select the appropriate client from the drop down list.
  4. If applicable, select the client's Episode Number from the drop down list.
  5. Enter the Start Date and End Date of the date range for the report.
  6. Select whether or not to Display Cancelled Appointments in the report.
  7. Click Process to generate the report.
