Client Appointment History Report
Generate a report of posted client appointments for any specified date range.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Client Reports.
- Select whether to include Individual or All Sites in the report.
Note: If Individual is selected, enter the Site name or ID#, click Search, and select the appropriate site from the drop down list. - Select whether to include Individual or All Clients in the report.
Note: If Individual is selected, enter the Client name or ID#, click Search, and select the appropriate client from the drop down list. - If applicable, select the client's Episode Number from the drop down list.
- Enter the Start Date and End Date of the date range for the report.
- Select whether or not to Display Cancelled Appointments in the report.
- Click Process to generate the report.
