Add Additional Services to an Appointment

Add secondary services to an existing appointment.

  • The same logic and registry settings associated with myAvatar PM's Client Charge Input form applies.

  1. Right-click the appointment and click Additional Services. The form displays.
    • For recurring appointments, select whether to add services for the individual appointment or the entire series.
    • For group appointments, select the client(s) to be assigned the additional service(s). Individual client forms will open in succession. Select all to add or review services assigned to the entire group.
      Results: The Appointment Additional Services grid displays all additional services applied to just the current client. Appointments including other clients display but are not selectable.
  2. Click Add New Item.
  3. Select the desired program for the additional service.
  4. Enter the Service Code Name or ID# and select the appropriate service code from the list of matches.
  5. Select the Practitioner. This may be a different practitioner from the one assigned to the original appointment.
  6. Enter the appointment duration in minutes.
  7. The Location field automatically populates based on the original appointment.
  8. If applicable, enter the Name or ID# of the First Co-Practitioner and select the practitioner from the list.
  9. If applicable, enter the First Co-Practitioner Duration.
  10. If applicable, enter the Name or ID# of the Second Co-Practitioner and select the practitioner from the list.
  11. If applicable, enter the Second Co-Practitioner Duration.
  12. Click Submit.
