CareConnect CCD Download - PM

Search the HIE configured in the CareConnect for Continuity of Care Documents (CCD) available for a specified client.

Prerequisites:

  • This form will only be available when the Enable CCD Updates To A Health Information Exchange field is set to 'Y' in the CareConnect HIE Configuration form.
  • A user must have permission to view a CCD in Document Management. This can be set up in the Document Management section of the RADplus forms User Definition and User Role Definition.
  1. Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > System Definition > CareConnect CCD Download
  2. In the Client Search for CCD field, select the client to search for a CCD.
  3. In the Available CCDs field, select which of the client's files to view.
  4. Click Preview CCD to view the CCD before saving.
  5. In the Save for Reconciliation field, select whether or not to save the selected CCD files to use in the Clinical Reconciliation form.
    Note: This field is only available if the Clinical Reconciliation form is installed in myAvatar CWS.
