Populate 837P subscriber data.

myAvatar MSO > Membership Management > 837 Professional Defaults

1. In the 837P Other Subscriber Data table, click Add.

2. If the remaining fields in this section are blank, and there is associated data in the Funding Source/Contracting Provider Reporting Defaults form (837 Professional section), that data is included in this form.
