Populate 837P service data.

myAvatar MSO > Membership Management > 837 Professional Defaults

  1. In the 837P Service Data table, click Add.

  2. In the 'Procedure Modifier' fields - if these fields are blank, and there is associated data in the Funding Source/Contracting Provider Reporting Defaults form (837 Professional section), that data is included in this form.
