Change/Delete Transaction Codes

Replace or remove transaction codes.

1. In the Delete or Change Transaction Code field:

• Select Change Transaction Code to replace the code in the Transaction Code field with the code in the Change To Transaction Code field. All transactions posted under the code being changed are converted to the new code.
• Select Delete Transaction Code to remove a transaction code from the system. Codes that have been posted cannot be deleted. The code must be changed first in order to delete a transaction code that has been posted.

2. In the Transaction Code field, select a transaction code.
3. In the Change To Transaction Code field, select a new transaction code to replace the original code in the Transaction Code field above.
   The definition of the transaction code selected here must match that of the code selected in the Transaction Code field for the following responses:

• Credit or Debit Transaction
• Is This A Hold Code
• To Be Used In Individual Transaction
• To Be Used For Recurring Transaction

4. Click Submit.
