Bank Account Merge

Merge two bank accounts.

These merges can be between two accounts of a single client or one client's account can be merged with another client's account. In order for the accounts to be merged, the following account definition parameters must match:

  • Type of Account
  • Category of Account
  • Determining Medicaid Eligibility
  • Is this an Interest Bearing Account?
  1. In the Source Client ID field, enter the client name or ID number. Select a client from the list. This is the client whose selected bank account merges with the target client ID's selected bank account. When merged, the source client's bank account is deleted.
  2. In the Source Account Number (To Be Deleted) field, select the account number. This list consists of only those open account numbers registered to the selected client.
  3. In the Target Client ID field, enter the client name or ID number. Select a client from the list. This is the client whose selected bank account receives the data, balance and transaction history from the source bank account.
  4. In the Target Account Number (To Be Saved) field, select the account number. This list consists of only those open account numbers registered to the selected client.
  5. Click Submit.
