Required Fields

The required fields application options allows for certain fields to be required prior to saving / closing a window.

• Patient Information (Available required fields on the patient information window)

• Birth Date: The patient's birth date field.

• Primary Phone Number: The patients primary phone number field.

• Alternate ID 1: The patient's alternate ID 1 field.

• Gender: The patient's gender field.

• Address: The patient's address line 1 field. Address line 2 will always be optional.

• City: The patient's city field.

• State: The patient's state field.

• Zip Code: The patient's zip code field.

• Email Address: The patient's email address field.
