Report Viewer for Providers

Description:

Every clinic has their own workflow and preferred reports. As you are getting started with TheraOffice, you will find that you, too, will fall into your own process. In the meantime, here are a few reports which are popular with other providers to help get you started.

How to Generate a Report

The above image shows where to find the Generate button in the Report Viewer.

1. Open Report Viewer

2. Locate the report you would like to generate.

3. Enter the Filter Criteria to determine what information you would like to see on the report.

4. SelectGeneratefrom the top left corner.

5. The report will open in a new tab, where it can be printed or exported to save on your computer.

Documentation Reports to Know

• Exercise Flowsheet: List of treatments and settings for the most recent visit and gives space to input settings for future visits
• Patient Treatment List:List of treatments with settings, date seen, and treatment duration

Patient Reports to Know

• Appointments by Patient: List of a patient's future appointments or total appointments

• Visit Detail: Detailed financial information by visit for a selected patient and case
