Rescheduled Appointments

This guides provides the steps to reschedule an appointment.

Steps:
Rescheduled appointments are appointments that have the time/date changed to a different time/date.
1.Click on the schedule Icon located on the Toolbar to open the schedule
2. Select the facility that you are making the change to the appointment for
3.Right click the appointment that needs to be rescheduled.
The image above is what pops up if you right click the appointment that you want to change.
5.Select the 'Rescheduled' option which is the 4th option from the top

6. Select 'Yes' to 'Are you sure you want to reschedule the selected appointment?' Option
This is the image that appears after you select 'Yes' after asking you if you are sure you want to reschedule the selected
7.Select the new appointment date/start time
How to tell an appointment was rescheduled:
The appointment on the schedule that was the original time will have a grey upside-down arrow to the left.
The image above is what icon pops up when this particular appointment has been rescheduled
The appointment on the schedule that the appointment has been changed to will have a blue sideways triangle.

Application Options (what it is, how to get to it):
What It is:
If you check the check box of 'Don't Default New Appointment on Reschedule' it will not automatically generate a new appointment on reschedule but if it isn't checked it will.

Here is the one selection that you have to make that is relevant to Rescheduling appointments.
How to get to it:
Here is an image of the back menu, where you can find Application Options under the Options section in Administatrator.
- Go the Backstage Menu of TheraOffice
- Click on Administrator
- Go down to the 5th section of Admin, titled Options
- Click on Application Options.
- Click Scheduling and set the application option accordingly. Note: Leaving the option unchecked means that a new appointment window will display when rescheduling an appointment. Checking the box will suppress the new appointment window.
