The system cannot find the path specified.

Problem : If the user clicks on the Tier shortcut on their desktop and they receive an error message, “Can’t run a program”.Solution :The shortcut is pointing to the location where the Tier.exe file is installed. Confirm that the Tier.exe file indeed exists in this location. Also verify that the user has access to read files from this location.
