Use the Clinical tab to define the following settings:

Clinical Monitoring

 

Convert Assessments

Select this check box to start the Assessment Conversion tool.

Download Clinical Monitoring Data into Field Mode

Select this check box to include the clinical monitoring readings within the Netsmart Homecare synchronization process.

ICD-10

 

Effective date

Specify the effective date for the ICD-10 diagnoses. Note: This date is shared across all organizations.

Show warning for <N> days before the effective date

Specify for how many days before the effective date you want to show warnings for the patients without ICD-10 codes. If you specify 0, the application will show the warning starting from the effective date until the patient's diagnoses and procedures are updated. The warning is shown in different places of the application. For more information, search for Unresolved Diagnoses in Help.

OASIS Export to QIES ASAP System

 

Effective date

Specify the effective date for exporting OASIS assessments as XML files to the QIES ASAP system. Note: This date is shared across all organizations.
