Organizations – Settings – Basic tab
Path: Administration>Configuration>Organizations>Basic>Settings
To access organization's basic settings, click the Settings button in the Organizations window. With the Basic tab, you can determine the number of minutes before connection timeout and the subscriber Business Unit.
You can also define the SMPT server settings, and e-mail addresses that are used by the Netsmart Homecare Server for sending notification messages to the technical support team in case of errors on the server side. An organization's basic settings affect the entire application.
