Medication Routes revenue codes

According to CMS Change Request 8358, the revenue codes must be used to indicate whether medication is prescribed by injection, non-injection, or infusion. Below is the list of valid revenue codes:

CMS Change Request 8358 applies only to the Hospice agencies. The Home Health agencies can optionally enter the revenue codes. These revenue codes will be prefilled in the Revenue Code column in Transactions>General>Medication Invoices when selecting medication with the corresponding route.

If your agency uses Medi-Span medication routes, the revenue codes are already prefilled in the Medi-Span Routes tab, but you can edit them if needed.
