Item	Description
ID	Patient's ID (Patient>General>Basic).
Patient Name	Patient's name (Patient>General>Basic).
Episode	Information on patient's episode: Start – Start date of the episode End – End date of the episode Status – Status of the episode (C - completed, O - open) No – PPS Episode number
M0826/M2200	Number of planed therapy visits.
PT, OT, ST	Name of the discipline. For each discipline the number of projected (PRJ), scheduled (SCH), and actual (ACT) therapy visits is displayed.
Total	Total number for projected (PRJ), scheduled (SCH), and actual (ACT) therapy visits. The values for each type of therapy visits are calculated as a sum of corresponding values from the PT, OT, and ST columns.
Over/Under	Difference between planned (M2200) and real number (Total) of therapy visits. The value in parentheses indicates that the Total value was lower than the M2200 value, so the result of subtraction is negative. Met indicates that both values coincide.
Total Therapy Visits	Number of all therapy visits included in the report.
Total Episodes Reported	Number of all episodes included in the report.
Averages	Average value for each column.
