Patient Statement report – Define tab
Path: Reports>Financial>Patient Statement
Use the Define tab to specify information that you want to include in the report. You can select to print the report in Standard, Invoice, and Detail formats.
When printing the statements in the Standard format, you can choose to include billing rate descriptions rather than service code descriptions by selecting the Print Billing Rate Description check box. When you run the report using the Invoice format, the statement includes aged date and last paid date. When you run the report using the Detail format, the statement includes voided claims and detail lines for charges.
This tab contains the following common options that you need to complete as appropriate for your agency:
- Date Range
- Patients
- Team
- Patient Class
- Pay Source/Insurance
- Branch
- Sort By

- Format
- Address
- Separate Statement Per Pay Source
