Face-to-Face Documents (Patient) window
Path: Patient>Documents>Face-to-Face Documents
Prerequisite: To access the Face-to-Face Documents window, you need to have the appropriate privileges granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator.
With the Face-to-Face Documents window, you can perform the following actions:
- Generate the internal face-to-face document (see Generate Face-to-Face Documents (Patient)).
- Copy and save details (discipline of the medically necessary services and clinical findings) from a paper face-to-face document to a soft copy (see Save details to a soft copy of the Face-to-Face Document (Patient)).
- Print the generated document (see Print Face-to-Face Documents (Patient)).
- Reprint the document if it was changed (see Reprint Face-to-Face Documents (Patient or Orders)).
- Inactivate the document (see Inactivate Face-to-Face Documents (Patient or Orders)).
Note: You can also edit, print, reprint, and inactivate face-to-face documents for multiple patients in Orders>Demand Documents>Face-to-Face Documents.
After the generated face-to-face document is printed or sent to Physician Portal, signed, or rejected, the Admissions & Status window – Encounter Information tab is automatically updated to reflect the changes.
