Expired CBSA/MSA Codes Report

The Expired CBSA/MSA Codes report shows which active and prospective patients have expired CBSA/MSA codes within active admissions and status. Expiration dates for CBSA/MSA codes are defined in Administration>Financial>CBSA/MSA Codes.

On the Define tab, select an expiration date for the CBSA/MSA codes and a patient class. Selecting the Multiple Business Unit Consolidation check box causes the Consolidation tab to appear. On the Consolidation tab, you can select the relevant Business Units from the list to include in the report.

Generating Expired CBSA/MSA Codes Report

1.

Go to Reports>General>Expired CBSA/MSA Codes.

2.

Specify the expiration date for patient CBSA/MSA codes to include in the report.

3.

Select a patient class to include in the report.

4.

Select the Multiple Business Unit Consolidation check box to consolidate report data between multiple Business Units.

5.

On the Consolidation tab, select the necessary levels of consolidation and appropriate values for each level.

6.

Click Preview to generate the report.

If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.

7.

If needed, print or save the report in the necessary format using the Preview toolbar.
