Episodic UTN reporting fields

The UTN Report shows which pre-claim documents are ready for submission and which are missing. You can also see UTNs if they have been returned.
The report consists of the following parts:

Patient Code |
Patient code defined in Patient>General>Basic. |

Patient Name |
Patient first and last name. |
|
Medicare Number |
The unique identification number for the healthcare provider. |
|
Start of Care |
The date when the patient started receiving care. |
|
Episode Start Date |
The date the 60-day unit of payment for HH PPS began. |
|
Episode End Date |
The date the 60-day unit of payment for HH PPS ended. |
|
F2F Signed |
Status indicating if the face-to-face physician documentation has been signed. |
|
Plan of Care |
Status indicating if the physician's written plan indicating what kind of services and care should be given has been received. |
|
Oasis Exported |
Status indicating if the OASIS Matching Key has been exported. |
|
RAP |
Status indicating if the Request for Anticipated Payment has been submitted. |
|
UTN |
The unique tracking number returned by the CMS. |
