Episodic UTN reporting - Define tab

The Define tab provides a date range that an agency needs to track. If an agency begins with the start date from the initial PCR start date with no filter, then all patients since the start date will be returned.

The report has four submission status indicators:

  • Ready to Submit (all paperwork has been signed and returned to agency)
  • Not Ready (one or more documents are still outstanding)
  • Approved (PCR submitted and Approved, UTN has been returned)
  • Not Approved (PCR submitted and Not Approved, UTN has been returned)
